Claim Affirm, LLC is licensed to adjust claims in California (#6003535), and provides claim consulting and expert services in other states. Our claim expert, Greg Stafford, is currently licensed in twenty (20) states, handling all sizes and types of property, casualty, and construction defect claims and related investigations.

We also handle special investigations including scene or site reports, surveillance, and related work. But Claim Affirm specializes in first- and third-party property and commercial general liability claims and construction estimating. Greg Stafford is a Certified Construction Project Manager through San Diego State's Construction Supervisory Program. He graduated from Boise State University with a bachelor's degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies. Stafford has worked for contractors and for project management firms as a construction defect consultant, a cost estimator, and as a VP of Operations. Stafford has studied construction estimating through San Diego State, as well as the impact of earthquakes on structures at California State University, Fullerton. 

Combined with decades of experience writing construction repair and rebuild estimates for insurance claims, Stafford provides unique experience and testimony that will help resolve disputes over construction costs, project management, contract documents, schedules and excusable or nonexcusable delays.
